Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 5 School Fees

  • Field Trip fee $30.00 - due September 30th, 2024.
  • Grade 5 Basketball fee $20.00 
  • Transportation fee - please refer to your Rycor account for amount.

Paying School Fees Online

School fees are now paid using RYCOR Online Payments. RYCOR is accessible through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Methods of payment include Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Please note: Interac Debit cards cannot be processed online at this time. Cheques not accepted.

How do I use RYCOR Online Payments?
1. Click on PowerSchool Parent Portal (This link is also found on your school’s website under Quick Links).
3. Sign in using your PowerSchool Username and Password. If you have forgotten either/or please contact the school office for assistance.
4. Click on link, ‘School Fees and Forms’, located on the left-hand side.
5. Please follow the instructions provided on screen when you are taken to RYCOR. If you have questions, please contact the school office.
*RYCOR can only be accessed via PC/Tablet, the program does not work using the PowerSchool app.*

What if I have more than one child to pay fees for?

All students within the RDCRS division must be linked in your PowerSchool Parent Account in order for them to appear together under your online payment parent account. With a few simple mouse clicks, parents can view assessed fees, any outstanding balances, and pay for all of their children in a single transaction.

Waiving School Fees

Red Deer Catholic Regional School offers financial assistance to families in need by waiving school fees. This may include transportation, extra-curricular activities and school fees. You can apply for financial assistance by filling out the Application for Waiver of School Fees. Your eligibility will be assessed by your school Principal on an individual basis.
